Sunway Hotel Hanoi, Hanoi

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were cleaned daily and comfortable, thanks to the helpful Amy at reception who assisted with various arrangements. However, the rooms looked tired and in need of renovation. The new 'all-in-one' service was handy but didn't entirely make up for the outdated feel.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, although spacious and comfortable, had no view whatsoever due to the close hotel next door. The service was friendly, but they mistakenly charged my credit card twice for a one-night reservation. The location was convenient, slightly outside the center but easy to reach by taxi. The dining options were plentiful, but the breakfast was an early affair, and the hotel had Welsh pastries. The facilities were well-maintained with a single built-in unit for various services.

The location was just outside the center of Hanoi but easy to reach by taxi, making it a peaceful spot close to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. The dining options were excellent, with plenty of choices to cater to any taste. Overall, a great stay with just minor room size issues.

The hotel is located in a residential area in Hanoi, a little off from the old quarters but still walkable to Hoan Kiem if you enjoy walking. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The dining experience, included in our tour group package, was one of the best I have ever had in Hanoi in this category. The facilities are top-notch with various amenities available.
